LateLess Labs LLC ("we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy. We built Nak Muay with privacy-conscious practices in mind. This policy explains how data is handled when you download and play our game.

2. We Do Not Collect Personal Data

Nak Muay does not require account creation, logins, real names, or email addresses to play. We do not operate proprietary backend databases to store your personal identity or track your raw gameplay habits.

3. How Integrated Services Handle Data

To enable global leaderboards, ad-supported free play, and optional in-app purchases, Nak Muay integrates with native iOS APIs and verified third-party frameworks:

• Apple Game Center: Used to render online leaderboards and high scores. Your Game Center username, avatar, and rankings are managed directly by Apple according to your device settings.
• RevenueCat & StoreKit: Used to manage the optional Remove Ads ($2.99) purchase and restore transactions. Payments are processed securely via Apple without sharing financial credentials with us.
• Google AdMob: Serves banner and interstitial ads in the free version. AdMob may utilize device identifiers (e.g., IDFA if permitted) to serve advertisements and detect fraud pursuant to Google's privacy terms.

4. Your Privacy Controls

You retain complete control over your privacy settings on your device:

• Ad Tracking: Manage or revoke App Tracking Transparency (ATT) permissions anytime under Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking on iOS.
• Ad Removal: Purchasing "Remove Ads" permanently disables all AdMob banner and interstitial ad calls.
